Kate Haswell

Chief Compliance Officer

Kate Haswell is Chief Compliance Officer at Sona Asset Management. Kate joined Sona in June 2026, bringing more than 20 years of hedge fund experience. During this time, she has held similar roles at CQS, Chenavari and Brevan Howard. She began her career in Australia in trading and has also worked for an American broker-dealer.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Western Sydney, an MSc (Regulation) from the London School of Economics, and is a Chartered Fellow (FCSI) of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
