Sasha Temple-Jones

Managing Director, Business Development and Investor Relations

Sasha Temple-Jones is a Managing Director of the Business Development & Investor Relations team at Sona Asset Management. She joined the firm in June 2026 and has more than two decades of experience across the alternatives and the hedge fund industry, spanning capital formation and advisory, investment research, and derivatives trading.

Prior to joining Sona, Sasha spent eight years at Magnetar Capital, where she led business development efforts across EMEA and Australia. Before joining Magnetar, she headed the EMEA Hedge Fund Capital Group at Deutsche Bank.  Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade at Willis Towers Watson, helping to develop and deliver investment solutions for hedge fund clients.  Sasha began her career as a derivatives trader.

Sasha holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance and Law from the University of South Africa.
