AI Ownership & Financing Web
Capital & Commitment Mapping · Interconnections Prototype
As of 31-Aug-26
Announced AI equity, strategic funding, cloud and compute commitments, chip supply, data-center financing, debt and M&A, across Jan-23 to 31-Aug-26. Arrows point the way money is committed (investor to target, customer to provider). Solid lines are ownership and financing; dashed lines are commercial commitments. Move the date control to see the web build up; use the transaction-type and flag controls to shape what is counted.

Count in total: Component and Roll-up rows overlap other rows: counting them double-counts.
Hover a node or a line for detail. Click a node to focus it: lines it deploys (invests or buys) turn blue, lines where it receives turn green, and the table below filters to its deals. Click empty space to clear. Drag nodes to arrange, scroll to zoom, drag the background to pan.
Transactions in scope
DateFromToTypeValueFlagStatus
Values in USD unless stated. A line is drawn for every in-scope transaction, but the headline total only sums rows whose flag is ticked above and that have a disclosed value. Nine rows have no disclosed value and never add to the total. Reported / conditional rows use reputable reporting or non-binding, up-to or overlapping terms (Stargate, the Oracle cloud deal, Azure and similar) and are excluded from the total by default. Syndicates are shown as pass-through pool nodes: every named investor links into the pool, and the disclosed round value rides the single pool-to-target edge, so no per-member amounts are invented and the totals do not change. Turn off Explode syndicates to collapse the pools. Cloud arms are consolidated into their parent, so Microsoft Azure sits inside Microsoft, AWS inside Amazon and Google Cloud inside Google; this is what makes the capital-in, compute-out round-trips visible on a single entity. In Ring layout the major players sit on the inner ring grouped by sub-sector, smaller entities and syndicate pools occupy the middle rings, and investors and financiers sit on the outer ring. Each smaller player is locked to its orbit but slides around it, pulled by its links toward the entities it connects to, so related names cluster while the concentric structure holds. Switch to Hub for the free-floating force layout. Cloud arms and group affiliates are consolidated into their parent (for example the four Samsung arms into Samsung Electronics), except SpaceX and xAI which are kept separate.
