UK Modern Slavery Act Transparency Statement

Introduction

This statement is made by Sona Asset Management (UK) LLP on behalf of the members of the Sona group of
companies (“Sona”) pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”).

The Act seeks to address the role of businesses in preventing modern slavery from occurring in their supply chains
and organisations. This statement constitutes the slavery and human trafficking statement required by the Act for
the financial year ending 31 March 2025 for Sona.

Organisational Structure

Sona Asset Management is a European credit asset manager founded in 2016, with over 100 staff in London, New
York and Hong Kong

Sona Asset Management (UK) LLP is a limited liability partnership incorporated in England and Wales and regulated
as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager in the United Kingdom by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Supply Chains

Sona ‘s business is operated by a highly skilled workforce and has a limited supply chain. Accordingly, Sona considers
that there is a low risk of slavery and human trafficking within its business when compared, for example, to a business
that manufactures or sells goods.

Our Approach to the Act

We expect our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the conduct of their business; and
believe that our suppliers should meet appropriate standards with respect to labour practices and treatments.
We are satisfied that there is no evidence of any act of modern slavery or human trafficking in our business and
supply chains.

Sona maintains several policies which are relevant to the detection and protection of Modern Slavery in order to
create a fair working environment and mitigate the risk of modern slavery. In addition, Sona has made relevant staff
aware of Sona’s position on modern slavery and human trafficking as well as the requirements of the Act. If any
issues in relation to modern slavery are identified by our staff these are required to immediately be reported to
Sona’s general counsel.

Sona will continue to appropriately evaluate and modify policies and procedures to maintain accountability and
mitigate risks for Sona and third parties.
