Christopher Louw

Christopher Louw is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Sona Asset Management, where he has been since its inception in September 2016. Christopher has over 20 years of experience in the credit markets, focused on both Europe and the US.
He began his career in 2004 at Deutsche Bank in London as an analyst in the credit research division. In 2007, he moved to Citigroup as a market maker for high-yield cash and CDS, eventually taking charge of their single-name CDS business in 2013. In 2015, he joined Highbridge Capital as a long/short U.S. credit portfolio manager.
Christopher holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
