Katherine Reece

Katherine Reece joined Sona as Head of HR in July 2024.
Katherine is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive expertise in both corporate and start-up environments. She has experience in managing global teams and a broad spectrum of HR functions to deliver innovative and effective solutions. Before joining Sona Asset Management, Katherine served as an HR Director and Head of HR Operations at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where she led strategic HR initiatives on a global scale. Her career also includes roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.
Katherine holds a Master of Science in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
